The launch of PRAXIS S-10 in Nashville was the most inspiring HVAC event I’ve ever participated in. (And the largest for an inaugural launch.)
With the innovative business model created by Jim Abrams the future promises to be very bright for contractors willing to step away from the status quo and serve people with this customer friendly model.
Any time you introduce a new innovative model that is going to revolutionize the industry there’s always the question whether contractors will accept it. That question has been answered! Everyone agreed Mr. Abrams’ new innovative model is the future of HVAC and turns the old method of doing business upside down. Those who jump on board early are going to reap huge rewards.
To paraphrase Mr. Abrams, “What we taught contractors in our past organizations is a model that is 30 years old and has run its time. It once was the answer, but for today’s world… it’s obsolete.”
It’s a great time to be a contractor and you should be applauded for your wisdom to evolve with the times and for your commitment to serve customers the way they want to be served. You have a huge competitive advantage as a PRAXIS S-10 member. So hit the ground running at full speed, because I assure you other contractors, best practice organizations, trainers, and other “self acclaimed experts” are going to attempt to duplicate the PRAXIS S-10 model. If they don’t, they are going to be left behind. You are in the right place, at the right time, and I’m excited about your future!
